1. Booking Process

1.1 Quotation

Every trip begins with a detailed quotation including itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and conditions.

1.2 Confirming Your Booking

Your reservation is confirmed once:

  • You approve the final itinerary
  • You pay the deposit (see Section 2)
  • You receive a confirmation email from MOSA TRAVEL

1.3 Required Traveler Information

To finalize your booking, please provide:

  • Full names as per passport
  • Travel dates
  • Arrival flight details
  • Dietary or medical needs
  • Special requests (child seat, mobility assistance, etc.)

2. Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure, encrypted payments through:

  • Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Wise Business
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on arrival (special cases only)

2.2 Deposit

A deposit of 20% to 40% is required to reserve hotels, drivers, luxury desert camps, vehicles, and activities.

Your booking is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

2.3 Final Payment

The remaining balance is typically due 10–30 days before arrival, depending on the itinerary.

In certain cases — such as last-minute bookings, partner referrals, or documented banking issues — we may exceptionally allow final payment on arrival.

This flexibility is granted only upon prior written agreement.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

3.1 Price Guarantee

Once your deposit is paid, your price is secured except in cases of:

  • Hotel or room upgrades
  • Date changes
  • Added activities
  • Significant currency fluctuations

3.2 What Your Price Includes

Your confirmation email will clearly outline all inclusions:

transportation, driver, accommodations, desert camp, meals, activities, and any extras.

4. Modifications

4.1 Before Arrival

You may request modifications (dates, hotels, activities). Changes depend on supplier availability.

4.2 After Arrival

Changes made during the trip may incur additional fees, depending on suppliers.

4.3 Supplier Rules

Some riads, hotels, and desert camps have strict policies. Their rules apply to your booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.2 Non-Refundable Components

Some suppliers (luxury camps, specific riads) apply non-refundable policies.

5.3 No-Show

If the traveler does not show up without notice, no refund applies.

6. Cancellations by MOSA TRAVEL

In rare cases (extreme weather, safety concerns, road closures, supplier failure), we may cancel a service.

You will receive either:

  • A full refund, OR
  • An alternative tour/date of equal value.

7. Traveler Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering: trip cancellation, medical care, baggage loss, delays, and emergency evacuation.

8. Responsibilities

8.1 Traveler

Travelers must ensure:

  • Valid passport (6 months minimum)
  • Required visas
  • Respect of local laws
  • Personal belongings safety

8.2 MOSA TRAVEL

MOSA TRAVEL guarantees:

  • Licensed, professional drivers
  • Safe, maintained vehicles
  • Verified hotels and suppliers
  • Accurate itineraries
  • 24/7 support before and during your trip

9. Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Timelines depend on the payment provider:

  • Stripe/PayPal: 5–10 business days
  • Wise: 3–7 days
  • International bank transfers: up to 14 days
